that the following authors are arrogant, self-obsessed, dismissive,
and I decry their closed minds as much as I do the faulty logic they
use to come to many of their conclusions, I include this section
because I believe that all beliefs SHOULD BE CHALLENGED on a regular
basis. If we are not prepared to entertain opposing points of view,
we can easily be deceived. James Randi and Henry Gordon are wrong in
many many places in their books, but they are occasionally right.
They form a good check and balance to some in the new-age movement
who, on the other extreme, are prepared to believe anything without
question.
